A baseline-reactive scheduling method for carrier-based aircraft maintenance tasks

Abstract Carrier-based aircraft maintenance tasks are conducted in time-critical, resource-constrained, and uncertain environments. Optimizing the scheduling allocation scheme of personnel equipment, reasonably responding to uncertainty disturbances, maintaining a high fleet availability vital combat training missions carrier-based aircraft. The task problem for is investigated this study. First, mathematical model comprehensive that considers constraints such as personnel, equipment/shop, space, parallel capacity developed. Second, generate baseline scheme, an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (I_NSGA-II) with local neighborhood search proposed optimization solution; I_NSGA-II uses serial generation mechanism time sequence equipment/workshop different sizes. Third, cope dynamic two reactive methods, i.e., complete rescheduling partial rescheduling, perform corrections schedule. Case simulation shows established reasonable practical, superior current mainstream algorithms. In addition, decision maker can select between methods flexibly based on forms scales disturbance.
